SUMMARY:
For over a decade this company has been providing Office Solutions to clients in Gauteng and more recently Natal. Their products and solutions include document, voice and connectivity. They are looking for an experienced Lead Generator to join the dynamic team in Johannesburg.
 
Role Overview: As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads for Business Solutions including Voice and data solutions . By utilizing your exceptional communication  skills, you will establish relationships with prospects, understand their IT needs and pain points, and effectively articulate how the services can address their challenges.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, nurturing relationships and understanding their Voice, Connectivity and printer requirements.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s solutions and services, emphasizing how they can benefit potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

• Previous experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry or technology services sector.
• Solid understanding of Voice, Data and Document solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
