Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generator / Telemarketer / Client Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling on current and new clients to pass on new job specifications to our recruiters. Calling on current clients to build relationships and find what positions they have going can be fun. Growing our large database of recruitment clients can be rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to current and potential clients to identify open positions to be filled.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide information about our recruitment services.
Lead Generation:
- A current database of clients exists, but you will also generate high-quality business leads by identifying potential opportunities within target markets.
- Utilize effective telemarketing strategies to convert calls into solid business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and leads generated.
Networking:
- Leverage your natural networking abilities to connect with potential clients.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure they have a steady pipeline of job specifications to work on.
- Provide feedback to the team on client interactions and potential opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in generating leads, preferably within the recruitment, property, or similar industries.
- Experience in telemarketing or a related field is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to keep on making quality calls and maintain a positive attitude.
