POSITION INFO:

Develop and execute an IT strategy built for growth, automation, and resilience
Design and maintain next-gen IT operations, governance frameworks, and budgets
Oversee cybersecurity, data management, networks, and systems—because uptime is non-negotiable
Lead IT projects, vendor partnerships, and internal policy development to ensure seamless operations
Drive automation, risk mitigation, and scalable solutions to power the future of energy

Skills & Experience:
Proven leadership in IT operations, project management, and innovation
In-depth expertise in IT infrastructure, governance, and cybersecurity
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of IT budgeting and risk management
Industry experience in solar PV or battery storage is a strong advantage

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Minimum 5+ years in IT leadership roles, building and scaling high-performance teams
Professional IT certifications are a plus, but vision and execution matter most
