SUMMARY:
We are looking for detail-oriented Lead Qualifying Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contact potential customers in the UK, follow a structured script, and assess whether they meet specific criteria, before transferring them in real time to our UK-based sales agents. This is a temporary month-to-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.

This position is based in Pretoria East and is an office-based position. Work hours are from 9am to 5pm daily.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 50 calls per day to UK-based leads.
Follow a scripted conversation to qualify leads effectively.
Accurately capture customer information and ensure all details meet qualification criteria.
Transfer eligible leads to the sales team in real time.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and clear English communication.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with a neutral or clear accent.
Strong computer skills and the ability to work with CRM systems.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Previous experience in call centres, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage.
