SUMMARY:
We are looking for detail-oriented Lead Qualifying Agents to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will contact potential customers based in the UK and warm up leads that will then be transferred to a sales consultant.

This is a temporary month-to-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.

This position is based in Pretoria East and is an office-based position and shift work is required.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Fluent in English with a neutral or clear accent.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in sales, telesales or performing telephonic surveys.
Experience in dealing with international customers (exposure to UK market advantageous).
Experience in lead generation.
Able to effectively handle objections.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Persuasive and enthusiastic.
Excellent listener and communicator.
Ability to cross-sell.
Good administrative skills and able to multi-task.
Commission driven mindset.
Creative and adaptable.
Shows relationship building skills and works well in a team.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft.
Comfortable using different communication streams – such as online chat, WhatsApp, e-mail etc.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Availability: Immediate – two weeks.

Salary: 6k basic with average gross salary of 12K (if target of 3 qualified leads per day is met) or higher if you surpass target.
