SUMMARY:
Learning & Development Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose

To Provide full administrative support to the management of the Learning and Development Function in the achievement of the set deliverables.

Training

• Training Administration

• Training Intervention planning and preparation.

• Booking / enrolling learners and scheduling training (various platforms).

• Measuring attendance, training evaluation as well as knowledge shift.

• Issuing attendance certificates.

• Create purchase requisitions and manage the end-to-end process (from requisition to payment).

• Recording and capturing training data.

• Custodian of Training data and ensuring the integrity of training information.

• Supports the administration related to tracking progress and spend against plan,

ensuring information is accurate.

• Communication with training service providers

• Coordinating and administrative support for all training courses

• Assist with Skills Audit for the business

Finance

• Invoicing

• Monitoring of all invoicing- checking and verifying amounts

• Gaining authorisation from site or line manager

• Raising PO and submission to Finance

• Monitoring release of payments cost between BUs as required

• Ensure tracker is updated and invoice is always updated

• Keep records of all invoicing and split

• Ensure invoices are captured accordingly

Learnerships and Bursary Programmes

• Assist and coordinate where necessary on the Graduate and Bursary programme • Assist and where necessary on the Learnership programme

• Enrol Learners to Seta platforms

Projects

• Assist with any adhoc projects and change management initiatives as and when required

Administration

• Perform the full administration function for the OD team, including record keeping, maintaining data integrity on the HR systems etc

• Capturing of WSP/ATR on SETA System

• Generate reports

Learning Management System

Learning management System Administration

Qualification and Experience

• Matric

• Relevant 3 Year Qualification

• SDF Qualification Advantageous

• 3 years relevant Experience within an L&D Environment

• ATR and WSP Capturing Experience Must have
