POSITION INFO:
The Lease & Projects Administrator is responsible for managing lease agreements, coordinating real estate projects,
and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves tracking lease terms, assisting in property-
related projects, and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.

Candidate requirements:

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.

• Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Track important lease dates (rent reviews, expirations, escalations, etc.).
• Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.

• Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.

• Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.
• Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.
• Prepare reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.

• Ensure adherence Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects.
• Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues.
• Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts.
