- Ability to facilitate and teach TVET related subjects and general education theory modules.
- Facilitation of teaching students the didactics of TVET subjects.
- A sound knowledge of assessment strategies in TVET.
- Ability to adapt TVET teaching to suit the diversity of students and promote inclusivity.
- Ability to develop teaching materials in TVET.
- Conducting scholarly work with an increasing focus on Africanization and decolonization in TVET.

REQUIREMENTS |
- Relevant BEd Honours.
- A relevant MEd will be an added advantage.
- Possession of academic qualifications in TVET.
- A sound disciplinary and content knowledge of TVET subjects
- Experience in teaching TVET subjects at university level or the post-schooling sector.
- Proficient in online learning.
- Experience with Moodle, or similar learning platforms, will be an advantage.
