JOB DESCRIPTION:

Desired Experience & Qualification
To be considered, the following is required:
  • Very presentable and professional
  • MUST be fluent in ENGLISH and AFRIKAANS
  • Minimum Matric / Grade 12 completed
  • Must have own transport, drivers’ license and reside in the Eastern Suburbs of Pretoria
  • 1-3 years’ experience in reception and/or office administration essential, experience in a similar role at a law firm highly recommended
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage high volumes of work with good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients in a professional and effective manner
  • Computer literate in MS Office, general office administration and typing
  • Non-smoker
