SUMMARY:
A leading logistics and transportation company is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract management within the logistics and transportation space.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

â Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supplier and client agreements.
â Ensure compliance with transport, logistics, and trade regulations.
â Advise on risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation matters.
â Support corporate governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
â Liaise with external legal counsel on specialized legal matters.
â Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

âï¸ A Law Degree (LLB) and admission as an Attorney or Legal Practitioner.
âï¸ 3-5 years of legal advisory experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry.
âï¸ Strong knowledge of transport laws, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
âï¸ The ability to handle high-pressure situations with excellent problem-solving skills.
âï¸ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
