Legal Assistant - Property Industry

Our client in property management, investment, and development within the commercial/Industrial property sectors seeks a Legal Assistant with 3+ year’s experience in a similar role. With a focus on customer service and long-term growth, they provide tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, and investment opportunities.

Salary: Market related (Depends on the Experience/Qualification)

Requirements:

Matric with Legal Certification/Qualification

Relevant experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar position.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of legal terminology.

Role Responsibilities:

Providing administrative and organisational support to the company.

Assisting with the preparation of documents, conducting research, and maintaining communication links.

Organising and maintaining files and documents.

Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

Assisting with filing of legal documents with courts, government agencies, and other relevant entities.

Transcribing dictated notes, memos, and documents using dictation equipment or digital tools.

Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive legal information and client communications.
