SUMMARY:
Our Legal client based in Fourways is seeking a Legal Enforcement Officer to join their dynamic team
Salary: R10 000 - R12 000 Based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric, tertiary exposure and work experience within a related industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time & file management skills
• Ability to manage workflow using legal administrative programs
• Good telephone etiquette essential
• Administrative and organizing skills
• Open files electronically
• Manage and update reconciliations
• Constant update of all working spreadsheets on matters
• Analyse monthly reports and manage actions accordingly
• Send monthly reminders – telephonic and written
• Administering monthly Letters of Demand
• Capturing general updates in matters on a management system
• Managing handovers between departments
• Assist legal departments with administration and support activities
• Contact key representatives and advise them of their requirements
• Set up meetings to manage matters with the relevant Attorneys assigned
• Follow-up on matters to final resolution
• Manage and update reconciliations
• Manage Boardrooms
• Manage courier services
