Purpose : Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP).
