SUMMARY:
Licensing Administrator (Fashion)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Submit artwork to the Licensors.
  • Feedback to designers with Licensors comments.
  • Submit Pre production samples to licensor
  • Feedback to QA and designers with comments
  • Submit Bulk production samples to licensor
  • Feed back to QA and Design with comments
  • Update tracking spread sheets.
  • Sending out of PPS and BPS actual samples to licensors and tracking.
  • Ensuring all submissions are closed off by season in that year.
  • Be able to work on the following MS applications             Microsoft word                                                       Microsoft Excel                                                         Outlook
  • Be able to work on various Licensing portals ground.
