- Kitchen Hygiene standards set
- Menu set according to Food Styling Guide and approved by &Beyond Food Fundi
- Work with the &Beyond training chef when visits are conducted and be feedback fit.
- Presentation as discussed and according to Styling Guide
- Up to date with What’s Hot & What’s Not for & Beyond Food
- Through the Tummy of the Guest Bops
- Proactive Maintenance
- Good communications with:
- All chefs
- All camp managers
- Heads of Department
- Lodge Manager
- Suppliers
- Good stock controls and stock rotation
- All fridges and refrigerators and storerooms to be kept locked
- Quality and quantity of snacks to game drives and Adventures to be checked
- Good interaction with Guests: Invite feedback
- Good interaction/ communication with &Beyond Food Fundis : invite feedback; exchange ideas; be suggestion-friendly; share experience
- Good Teamwork to be promoted
- Have Fun and be Flexible
- Always be approachable
- Be aware of & make your fellow chefs aware of special dietary needs for Guests.
