SUMMARY:
New vacancy is available for a Loan/Customer Service Consultant for our client in the micro-lending industry. This role will be based in Uitenhage.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a customer-focused, dynamic Micro Lending Consultant to assist clients with loan applications, manage cash operations, and drive business growth.

The role ranges from junior to senior levels based on experience. Key responsibilities include guiding customers through loan processes, managing financial tasks, achieving targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Success in this role requires proactive customer engagement, market analysis, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through loan applications, approval, and payout.
• Manage cash floats and balance safes.
• Achieve sales and performance targets.

• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and product improvements.

• Qualifications: Matric required; further studies advantageous.
• Experience: Micro lending industry experience and familiarity with loan management/payment systems.
• Skills: Sales, marketing, problem-solving, customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
