SUMMARY:
A multinational electrical engineering corporation is looking to appoint a Local Motion Manager.
POSITION INFO:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for working within the Process Automation Energy Industries, acting as a local business leader with full accountability for end-to-end business activities, including operations, portfolio management, and commercial functions (sales and marketing).
- You will be accountable for driving profitable business growth and meeting both short-term and long-term HUB growth and organizational development targets.
- A critical part of your role is to oversee execution and delivery while prioritizing exceptional customer experience.
- Your focus will include driving productivity, optimizing costs, and improving delivery performance.
- Monitoring quality metrics, you will identify and implement opportunities to enhance local execution.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates with a background in Business or Engineering.
- To be successful in this role, you bring a minimum of 10 years of international leadership experience.
- You have a strong capacity for building relationships and long-term planning at the executive and operational leadership levels, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve results with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are well-versed in handling revenues exceeding 30 million USD, possess robust business planning experience, and have excelled in leading teams in multi-cultural environments.
- You bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication abilities, and a commanding senior executive presence.
- You will lead marketing and sales initiatives, cultivating long-term relationships with customers and partners to strengthen business connections.
