Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Execution:

• Develop and implement tailored marketing plans to meet company objectives.

• Lead and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) campaigns within approved budgets.

Relationship Building:

• Serve as the primary contact for all LSM-related matters.

• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.

• Work closely with the Franchisor on marketing initiatives and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.

Opportunity Development:

• Identify new LSM opportunities and present innovative ideas to the Line Manager.

• Research and evaluate potential strategies to expand brand reach.

Performance Monitoring:

• Document and analyze campaign outcomes, providing detailed feedback to management.

• Ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals and vision.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster a positive and collaborative environment with co-workers and stakeholders.

• Maintain professional relationships across all levels of interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing (Degree or Diploma is essential).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience, particularly in SME environments.

• At least 5 years’ experience in the retail or QSR industry is highly advantageous.
