Must have a National Diploma in Food Technology or BSC Food Science/ Food Technology
Job description:
Perform the analysis of food, milk and dairy-related samples according to prescribed procedures and methods for performing a variety of bacteriological tests.
Preparing and dispensing cultre media required for the cultivating of micro-organisms. Recording samples in various test registers by interpreting evaluating and recording results and general laboratory administration.
Work hours 7h30-16h30 or 08h00 to 17h00
Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
