We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Lodge Anchor to oversee our housekeeping operations at our 5-star lodge in Limpopo. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury for our esteemed guests, aligning with the lodge’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and laundry meet top-tier standards.
• Train, motivate, and monitor housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our luxury standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations, with a particular focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies to maintain well-stocked and organized storage.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and proactively address any issues.
