SUMMARY:
A renowned 5-star lodge is seeking a professional and service-driven Lodge Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless, world-class guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a remote, high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all departments to ensure smooth and efficient lodge operations
Lead and mentor a diverse team to uphold service excellence
Drive guest satisfaction through personalised service and attention to detail
Manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Liaise with head office and owners on operational and strategic matters

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience in lodge or boutique hotel management (preferably 5-star)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Exceptional guest-relations abilities
Ability to work in remote environments and adapt to changing conditions
Relevant hospitality qualification (advantageous)
