Specialising in the import and export of hardwoods, this is a business where precision, speed, and global coordination are key—and they’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment.

POSITION INFO:

🚢 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and coordinate import and export documentation, including:
  
  • Customs documents, Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin
  • Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading
• Ensure full compliance with international shipping and trade protocols
• Assist with processing orders, contracts, and client documentation using templates
• Work with internal systems to process orders and invoices (training provided if needed)
• Liaise with freight agents, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
