Manufacturer looking for Junior Import / Export Administrator with in depth understanding of Inco Terms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications

Matric
Diploma or Degree within Supply Chain / Logistics will be beneficial

Requirements

Strong understanding and experience with INCO terms
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Syspro experience

Duties

Ensure purchase orders are processed
Processing of inventory receipts, stock adjustments and cost changes
Oversee costings and billings of freight companies and clearing agencies
Deal with foreign exchange companies
Reporting
Liaising with regulatory authorities and inspection bodies
Planning of shipments with freight coordinators
