POSITION INFO:
Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in coordinating or logistic role.
• Knowledge of fresh fruit produce 
• Background in Operations and/ or Finance will be beneficial.
• Computer literate.
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.

• Ensure continued communication with staging clients.
  • Handle all client queries and special requests regarding inventory, quality and waste.
  • Keep clients updated in any aspect the company delivers.
• Knowledge of client products and specifications.
• Reconcile physical stock take with the inventory system on a daily basis.
• Manage stock rotation.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate stock report for clients
• Ensure continued communication with Operations and Production Manager.
• Manage waste and ensure the report is sent to clients daily.
• Draw orders from relevant retailers to monitor volumes
• Ensure all reworks, transport, handling and cooling are submitted and invoiced accordingly.
• Complete daily traceability sheets/production sheets and record keeping thereof.
• Communicate with QC Manager to ensure the product is within the minimum requirements before sending.
• Administration and filing of all relevant documentation.
