SUMMARY:
Join a logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator in the Western Cape!

The role involves attending client and operation planning meetings, providing shipping options, routes, stack dates, ETDs, and ETAs to clients, and ensuring customers receive appropriate rates as quoted. Tasks also include creating and sending forms to various stakeholders, shipping lines, customers, and pack stores. Additionally, the role requires managing documentation and deadline communications with shipping lines and other parties.

POSITION INFO:
The candidate must have completed Matric with a diploma in Shipping, Clearing, Freight Forwarding, Distribution, or Logistics Management preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, especially in exports, is preferable. Availability after hours is essential. The role requires a working knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel, the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and strong organisational and fluent English and Afrikaans communication skills.
