The search:

  • We are looking for a Sales Executive who will generate a significant number of qualified leads and close even more deals.

About you:

  • You are a sale hunter.
  • You are a master of identifying customer problems and turning them into opportunities based on our transportation portfolio.
  • You are familiar with Map/Geo Location Services, Professional Routing Problems, Transportation Management Systems, Delivery Management / Last Mile Industry;
  • You start early, learn fast, thrive on challenges, and have a don’t give up, get things done attitude.
  • You quickly establish touch points and trust with potential customers and comfortably glance through the nuances of the opportunity discovery journey. Getting the customer to say yes is your ultimate reward!
  • You are a Transportation enthusiast and constantly look for development opportunities and feedback.

As a Sales Executive reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for:

  • Lead generation / prospecting for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings and networking, and indirect methods such as LinkedIn, internet search and Google Ads.
  • Qualifying prospects against company criteria.
  • Identifying prospect gaps, their business impact and our portfolio fit to bring the opportunity to successful closure.
  • Driving the entire sales cycle from prospect identification, qualification and engagement to closing sales.
  • Providing essential information to prepare proposals and offers;
  • Working with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • Reporting on sales activity;
  • Maintaining high level knowledge of relevant domain and industry to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Providing feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
  • Working with Marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

Years of experience: 3 years of field experience

Background

  • Sales hunting ambition / background is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science Engineering
  • Knowledge of Map/Geo Location Services, Professional Routing Problems, Transportation Management Systems, Delivery Management / Last Mile Industry, or a similar discipline.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
