Qualifications / Requirements:

• Matric
• Experience in management / supervision in the logistics / transport industry (trucks and Truck Drivers)
• Strong leadership skills
• Time management / planning skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Coordinate with Controllers to plan trucks for shift
• Ensure all resources are available for administration requirements
• Closely oversee and manage the loading of all trucks at loading point, ensuring clients requirements are met
• Proactively identify and manage issues and problems and resolve
• Treat any breakdowns and / or incidents as critical and ensure any issues are resolved as soon as possible
• Ensure all daily SHEQ activities are completed for all trucks
• Fully participate in the investigation and resolution of any incident and / or accidents
• Ensure all paperwork is collected and submitted to Admin Department
