Our client in the automotive industry seeks an experienced Inventory Controller to oversee order management, stock and parts.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in supply chain or similar
- 5 years min in Inventory Management
- Experice within the automotive industry
- Supplier systems exp/ Systems Management
- Good customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Reconciliation of Total Stock Report
- Daily Reconciliation of Order Bank Report
- Weekly Reconciliation / Reporting of Ageing Stock
- Timeous Communication with SKD (Assembly Plant)
- Daily Report SKD Production Plan Tracking
- Reconcile a report Forecasted incoming CBU, SKD stock from Production Plant.
- Ensuring company Production Quality Standards are maintained at all times and follow up on Manufacturer / Production Defects reported.
- Stock Level Management of Converted units and Lead times
- Introducing CBU and SKD units on the System.
- Updating ENatis system accurately
