Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Qualification: Matric.
- Hand tool experience (heat gun, glue gun, soldering iron, etc).
- Electronic, wiring, component knowledge.
- Soldering experience (small components, wiring).
- No colour blindness with 20/20 vision

Duties and responsibilities:
- Crimping of contacts to wires ensuring that crimping is done to correct standards.
- Inserting wires to connectors.
- Sleeving / harnessing of wires to form a loom adhering to set standards.
- Correct assembly of wires to form a loom using the relevant work specification (schematic, instructions, samples).
- Running wires using running lists.
- Routing cables on loom boards.
- Assisting with loom installation into product.
- Soldering of components where required.
- Using the heat gun to seal the looms.
- Ensuring that sleeve and or wires do not have nicks, breaks in them as this can result in sparks which may result in damage to wires, product.
