Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable female
-Strong English proficiency (including accuracy vital)
-2 to 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, specifically in Transfers a must
-Experience in Bond Registrations advantageous
-Computer literate in Lexis Convey
-Able to work under pressure, and in a culturally diverse working environment
-Positive attitude, organized with attention to detail
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of Property Transfers documents
-Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
-Client liaison
-Drafting of relevant legal documents
Salary: R 16 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)
