SUMMARY:
Our client in Melrose North Johannesburg is seeking a dynamic M&A Manager / Broker Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a Grade 12 qualification, relevant financial qualifications, and 3-4 years of experience in the financial sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong bilingual skills in English and Afrikaans are essential. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and own transport are required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• Relevant financial qualifications
• 3-4 Years’ experience in the financial sector
• Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Driver’s license and own transport

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and networking opportunities within the financial services sector
• Make professional appointments with Financial planners, Brokers, and Wealth managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Report on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to management
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence and risk analyses
• Create detailed reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of M&A activities for senior management and stakeholders
