SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a proactive and dependable Maintenance Technician to join their team in Pretoria.

This is a full-time, permanent role, perfect for someone with hands-on skills in building maintenance and repair, a can-do attitude, and a strong ability to work independently while supporting overall operations. Related experience in a similar role will be advantageous

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Building Maintenance: Experience in general maintenance and upkeep of the company’s buildings. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or HVAC systems will be beneficial.
Purchasing and Supplier Relations: Sourcing materials and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
Logistics: The role includes managing deliveries and collections.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
Licenses & Transportation: A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is essential to the role.
Clear background check.
Physical Ability: The role demands physical fitness, as it involves manual labor such as lifting, moving equipment, and conducting repairs.
Work Ethic: A hardworking and reliable individual who is capable of multitasking and managing different maintenance needs efficiently.
Personality Traits: A strong and assertive personality with the ability to negotiate and work independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
