Marketing Assistant Job Duties/ Guidelines
- Updates competitor database by inputting data from telephonic enquiries; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs and reports comprehensively on competitor analysis.
- Supports marketing team by assembling quotations, proposals.
- Organizes new store openings, store revamps and relocations. Within allocated budgetAssistas with events in and around stores and malls when required
- Facilitates wellness and screening days to support stores.
- Monitors company websites for changes and ensures updates are adhered to
- Accomplishes marketing mission by assisting in facilitating the availability of branded material at various venues at minimum cost to all.
- Assist with events in and around stalls and malls when required
- Conserves Managers time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Completes projects and following up on results.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintains marketing inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications required:
