Job Description

This Sales & Marketing Manager role reporting to the Director is a challenging and exciting role, giving you the opportunity to show your abilities and attributes.

You will be responsible for strategic planning and management of the Retirement Estates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, Develop and Implement strategic Sales & Marketing concepts.
• Establish and Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients (maintain customer relations).
• Lead team to effectively manage leads and close deals (manage team).
• Provide strong leadership skills to team.
• Generate unique sales and marketing plans.
• Set & Achieve Marketing and Sales objectives and goals.
• Develop and coordinate promotional & marketing collateral materail (brochures / flyers etc – together with digital team.)
• Work closely with Top Management

Qualifications

• B.Com degree or similar in Marketing

Skills

You will have at least 5 years'' Sales & Marketing experience within a Managerial Capacity in the Property sector and have:

• Strategic thinking & planning ability.
• Excellent Sales and Marketing knowledge.
• Strong negotiating & influence abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Report reading and writing.
• The ability to lead a team.
• Ability to coach, mentor and motivate
