MEDICAL INTERNS TRAINER

SUMMARY:
Supporting the Training Department in the effective delivery of training programs and supporting the Medical Director.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

1. 1.      Administrative Support for Medical Director:
2. 2.      On-Boarding:

• Prepare training files, dates and presentation for onboarding representatives.

1. 3.      Monthly Tests:

• Mark Sales tests

1. 4.      Training Material Management:

• Create, update and maintain an organized library of training materials.

1. 5.      Facilitation of Training Programs:

• Assist in the delivery of training sessions across various topics

1. 6.      Administrative Support for Training Manager:

• Manage the scheduling and logistics of training sessions

1. 7.      Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, or related field.
• Previous experience In training and educational role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time- management skills.
• Preference to EE female candidates.
