SUMMARY:
Administer and configure the 365 environment. Support, advise, train, and educate users.

POSITION INFO:

Your Formal Education:

BCom Degree/ BSc / or relevant;
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate;
Microsoft 365 Identity and Services;
Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security;

as well as experience:

A minimum of two years’ experience in MS Azure Active Directory;
A minimum of two years’ experience with Microsoft 365 user administration;
A minimum of two years implementing and managing Microsoft 365 apps & services;
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems;
Good interpersonal and time management skills;
Good communication and customer service skills;
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;

will enable you to do the following duties:

Administer and configure the environment. Support, advise, train, and educate users.

New Services:

Support consulting service provider in the following:
- consulting
- evaluation
- design
- planning and
- implementation of custom developed solutions.
Support consulting service provider in the implementation of improvement projects.

Support Existing Services:

Manage access and authentication
Troubleshoot and resolve logged end user support requests to agreed service levels.
Configure, administer and maintain Microsoft 365 apps and services to business requirements. This includes but is not limited to:
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft PowerAutomate
- Microsoft Yammer
- Microsoft Forms
Where required, escalate to the appropriate 3^rd party support provider and manage the resolution thereof.
Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
Keeping up to date and communicate updates to or release of new Microsoft 365 services

Train/Educate Users:

Provide Microsoft 365 app and service end-user training.
Stay up to date with changes and improvements to Microsoft 365 apps and services ensure users can be assist effectively.
