MIS Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented MIS Administrator to join our team. This exciting role involves supporting our MIS, Projects, and Workforce Planning functions. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure client requirements are met, delivering exceptional service and results.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate reports from multiple data platforms.
• Participate in implementing processes for management information (MI) reporting systems as part of a team.
• Measure and analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify performance gaps between actual metrics and SLAs.
• Assist with resource forecasting and scheduling in line with program specifications.
• Produce daily program-specific reports.
• Flag and report deviations from schedules.
• Track program headcount and highlight potential discrepancies.
• Manage real-time shrinkage and adherence.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed.

• Strong analytical and data management skills.
