About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Officer to join our team in Johanneburg East. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data received from retail groups, identifying gaps in trade, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will help drive strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Process and analyze data received from retail groups.
Conduct gap analysis to identify trends, missing information, and opportunities for improvement in trade.
Develop reports and dashboards to present insights to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide recommendations based on data findings to improve business performance.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with retail or trade data.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting systems.
