SUMMARY:
Our client is look for 10x Minders to operate SO Bag Machines under supervision.

As a minder you will be accountable for keeping machines in good condition including minor adjustments to meet production standards.

Requirements:

Matric
Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of mechanical machinery
Capable of being trained to understand and interpret product quality standards and packing specifications

POSITION INFO:
Roles and responsibilities:

Start up and run machinery to the required specification speed.
Perform quality checks and record checks in the machine record book on an hourly basis.
Wiping printing plates clean.
Changing paper reels and joining paper to web for reel changes.
Checking the ink levels.
Assisting in forming boxes.
Unloading and loading of print cylinders.
Washing up ink trays.
Labelling Pallets
Wrapping of full pallets with cling wrap.
