An Inline Punch Lipped Channel Machine Operator is responsible for operating specialized machinery that punches and forms metal channels with lipped edges, commonly used in construction and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor inline punch lipped channel machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is advantageous.
