SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading organization based in Prospecton, Durban, is seeking skilled and qualified machine operators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with substantial experience in machine operation and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

POSITION INFO:

Depalletiser Operators (Labeller):

Operate and monitor the labeller machines for smooth and efficient processing.
Ensure the correct loading and unloading of products from the machine.
Inspect machinery to identify issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
Follow health and safety regulations during operations.

FRC Operators:

Operate FRC machines efficiently to achieve production targets.
Ensure that the machine settings are correctly calibrated for optimal performance.
Maintain the machine, performing regular checks and reporting any defects.
Ensure the final product meets quality specifications.
Adhere to all operational health and safety standards.

Packer Operators:

Operate packing machines, ensuring correct packaging of products.
Monitor packing speed and ensure minimal downtime.
Inspect packaging for defects and quality control.
Work collaboratively with other operators to maintain smooth production.
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.

Palletiser Operators:

Operate and manage the palletiser machines, ensuring correct stacking and preparation of goods for dispatch.
Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient operations.
Check the quality of pallets and finished products before transportation.
Communicate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
