POSITION INFO:

Maintenance Administrator - Century City - R 12 000 Per Month

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing a diverse range of buildings including retail, industrial, and residential properties.

Receiving and managing maintenance requests from tenants and the leasing department via phone and email.

Utilizing our MDA platform for comprehensive management tasks, from loading job cards to handling quotes and invoices, and closing out completed jobs.

Procuring quotes for materials and coordinating with contractors for necessary work.

Providing instructions to in-house maintenance staff and collaborating closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Leasing Department.

Conducting regular site visits to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Offering feedback to clients, tenants, and management and managing general administrative duties.

Compiling monthly reports for management review.

Requirements:

Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and property management platforms like MDA.

Own transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Availability for on-call emergencies and standby duties every second weekend.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
