POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across all properties and facilities.
• Track and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed logs of all maintenance work.
• Order and manage inventory for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Support the facilities management team with additional tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus).
• 2–3 years of administration experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
• Knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures.
