SUMMARY:
A multinational consumer brand is looking for a Maintenance Manager/Foreman to join their team in the Western Cape, where they will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance, upgrades and enhancements; plant optimisation; managing internal projects; ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to; leading a team; and collaboration with internal & internal stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Tertiary Mechanical Engineering qualification or an N4 as well as a Red Seal Fitter trade test.
At least 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Management position within the FMCG sector.
Leadership skills in a diverse, highly-pressurised environment with ingenuitive problem-solving abilities are essential.
