We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance and General Assistant to contribute to the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of maintenance and general assistance skills, demonstrating the ability to perform various tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric or equivalent may be preferred.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Ensure the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
