SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Proven experience leading and managing maintenance teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing four maintenance teams tasked with keeping the residential and commercial properties across the Cape Flats in top condition
Lead and manage four maintenance teams
Ensuring efficient completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
Conduct regular inspections of completed repairs to guarantee quality and adherence to safety standards
Oversee building safety and security checks, identifying and addressing potential risks
Handle insurance claims as they arise, liaising with insurance companies and contractors
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all maintenance and repair activities
