Position: Maintenance Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance team, ensuring that our lodge facilities are well-maintained and operational at all times. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain high standards for facility upkeep and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train maintenance staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to maintenance issues professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for maintenance activities.
• Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
