SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Manager/Engineer to create and manage a planned maintenance system for a brick manufacturing business with state-of-the-art equipment in East London!
POSITION INFO:
Help take the business to a new level, optimise equipment reliability, increase volumes and minimise downtime whilst providing solid leadership and sharing your extensive knowledge and experience in planned maintenance with your team.
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma/B Tech/ Similar tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- +- 10 years within plant maintenance in the manufacturing environment (Knowledge of hydraulic systems and brick manufacturing processes is highly advantageous)
- Proven experience developing and implementing a planned maintenance system
- Solid leadership experience and a proven track record of providing direction, training and mentoring maintenance personnel
