SUMMARY:
Company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Maintenance Manager / Technician to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as a team in a well-organized fashion with attention to detail.
Superior fault-finding skills on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLCâs, & Mechanical equipment and basic electrical distribution.
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical documents.
Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, grinders and welding machines to fabricate small parts if required.
Good Written & verbal Communication Skills in English.
Knowledge of safety requirements and ISO Quality Control Systems.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities are to improve the overall reliability, maintaining and availability of our production equipment, without any compromise in safety.

This position would currently be best suited to an experienced and Qualified Technician, with a strong practical hands-on capability. Applicants will only be considered if they have a technical qualification in this field and a unique skill set that match our factoryâs needs.
