SUMMARY:
Our client is urgently looking for a Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Area: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5 star lodge environment
Electrical knowledge
Skilled in Electrical, air-con plumbing and overall sound general maintenance knowledge.
This includes carpentry, diesel generators, plumbing systems air-conditioning systems, swimming pool maintenance, all mechanical and electrical system
References will be contacted.
Must have an eye for detail

Package:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintenance in and around the camp
Maintenance in and around the staff quarters
Including but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, and Building etc.
Assisting around the camp with gardening duties
Meticulous in starting and completing projects
Assist around the camp in other departments as required
Able to work independently without supervision
Driver when required
The candidate must assume full responsibility of the department.
Planning and allocating the department staff and overseeing the general needs of this department.
Coordinate and schedule current and long term projects
